One of the first pieces of jewellery I ever made is this black/gold multi strand necklace. To me it's the equivalent of a little black dress: chic, versatile and timeless.
I used simple gold seed beads in combination with fire-polished faceted black crystals. The satin bow was an afterthought, it adds a little sass. I love using satin ribbons in my jewellery design as is quite obvious from this post.
