ReplyDeleteTalking about shopping bans - first, I support them. Second, it is often wise to keep quiet about one, if you are not 100% sure you can keep it on.
I have read about so many bans people supposedly are on, yet they neglect their promises ( for themselves ) so very easily.
sometimes telling about the shopping ban can have a positive effect, it helps keep you on track partly because you don't want to embarass yourself in front of the people whom you've told about it.
